We can help with what a specification says and does not say, which sizes exist, and how something behaves in use. We cannot look up an order, change a delivery date or take a return: those live with the retail partner where the order was placed.

Write to us about letters, chain lengths, tone of metal and how a piece wears. Those are the questions we can answer precisely, because the answers come from the pieces themselves.

Questions about an order already placed belong with the shop that took it: they hold the order number, the address and the parcel, and we hold none of the three.
